Everything was perfect about this hotel. The pool was very well maintained and great to spend time in. The room was like brand new and had the biggest and most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The room wasn't noisy, but earplugs were provided just in case. The stuff is nice and helpful, thr roomwas clean and nice always water in the refrigerator
The water power is very low in the cabine
The staff were extremely friendly, professional and helpful. We were made to feel welcome and the facilities were excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable.
The rooms at the front of the hotel are a bit louder than at the back in terms of outside noise, but we had no issue.
Great location for LK area. Brew dog sports bar along the road is a must. Great room, loved the hot tub, which filled relatively quickly for Thailand. New hotel, new fittings and fixtures, USB charging ports in the room. Girl friendly, leave I’d at reception. 7-11 around the corner. Nicest hotel so far I’ve stayed in in this area.
Got a row for falling asleep in reception, which wasn’t very friendly.
Best location and very good staff
The location was amazing and the facilities around the hotel too The staff were fabulous and as good as staff you will find anywhere in the world The cleaners were great too
In the room and especially the sink area in the bathroom, there were always ants running about and also on some occasions on the desktop under the tv The pillows were either too high or too low and putting them together didnt work as they became too high, so i had to use a large towel folded up under a pillow to get the correct height The beds were ok but a little bit lumpy
Great value for money with the special rate of 56% off. Right in the middle of the action in Pattaya. Modern and clean.
The rooftop pool area is not big enough to cater for the number of guests. The breakfast quality and variety is below par given the presentation of the hotel and the regular rates charged.
Staff amazing, service in bar 1st floor and pool area very good. Nice hotel in middle of it all. Highly recommend it.
The breakfast we didnt choose because we were quite spoiled from Bangkok and found that it was not so big variety as there. So we dropped the breakfast at the hotel.
