Very nice Position, in the heart of TAIPEI and easy to reach from the Airport via underground . Staff was welcoming and always ready to help. Breakfast was plenty of option (both Asian and Western) although it could be further improved by providing Croissants and Pastries
Unfortunately, our room was noisy . There was a constant on/off probably to electric pumps system . Nothing preventing us to sleep, but certainly not welcomed and a bit disturbing

The room was more spacious than I expected, and was very comfortable, although could have done with more natural light. The location is good, a vibrant area, although about 10 mins walk from the metro station. It was easy to get there from the airport: train to the city and then a short (and cheap, 120 TWD) taxi ride to the hotel.
The room is very clean. The hotel is near the train station and all the shops. The 24-hour laundry at level 6 is very convenient.
Pillows maybe can be a bit more comfortable. No bidet. Need to pay extra to change room with bidet.
Many options for breakfast, room was qiuet and beds were good. Washing machines an dryers were very helpful. Located next to many restaurants, shops and convenience stors.

We loved our stay here. The staff was quite hospitable and helpful. The location is great - the train station and bus stop both are at 10 mins walking distance.
The location is good. Very close to shops, restaurants, subway station etc.
More washer and dryer will be great. We have to queue for a long time just to use the machines
I was charged for a bottle of their in room lotion for no reason. I didn’t noticed the extra item on the bill until long after leaving the hotel. It’s not the cost that mattered if you are billing me for something extra mention it at the time of check out。
