I like everything, facilities and the staffs, wow from the very second we arrived we’re looked after. George , Micheal and Thomas made our stay extra. Ans the upgrade was a cherry on top for my fiancé as he didn’t know nothing about it. 😊

Staff are amazing and extremely helpful!! They will arrange whatever you need from private transfer, quad or car rental and excursions. The bartender is amazing and funny, will bring out free drinks / shots if you treat him well!! The pool is amazing, with cabanas and incredible views, including perfect view of the sunset. The location was great and you can walk to Imerovigli village and also further on to Fira as a day out. The views were great. The team fantastic! Breakfast lovely every morning. A very well run hotel.

Description of hotel on Booking.com is far from accurate. Room was at side of hotel, with extremely lmited view of the Caldera. Pool was at back of hotel by the road.. Would suggest avoid booking room 20. Hotel is in need of renovation and hopefully the one planned is successful. Change of Bus route means one bus to Oia but 2 busses back via Fera
Loved our stay here. Mike and his staff were terrific, the location was great, breakfast had so many choices and the view from our room was simply stunning.
This hotel is in a great location on the oia to fira walk. You can have breakfast overlooking the caldera and watch the sunset from your hot tub. The staff replenished soft, fluffy towels throughout the day. You can walk to and from imerovigli in around 20 minutes. The hotel had everything we needed and we had a great stay.
We were looking for mid-range accommodation on Santorini, with caldera views but away from the crowded main tourist hotspots of Fira and Oia. What a gem The Amaze Suites turned out to be! From the moment we arrived we were treated to a warm welcome and excellent service.
