Location and view
We asked for an upgraded room but was originally told no rooms available but when we decided to check out other resorts in the area miraculously there was a cancellation and a larger room with a balcony was available. They need to enhance breakfast buffet with more choices, larger bath robes and better blow dryer. Too many stairs in the property.

Location is great, by a very quiet beach. Rooms are a bit dark but good in size. Pool area is small but it was easy to find a space.

The pools themselves were a bit smaller and shallower than expected

Beautiful location on a quiet clean beach. Good buffet breakfast with lots of options. Perfect for a couple of days. Can get long tail boat tours right outside the hotel.
A bit remote need to rent a scooter or taxis if staying for longer than a couple of days and want to visit more shops and restaurants
