Pros (+) I had a wonderful stay in Amari hotel especially the near the poolside. The hotel was very clean. Also would like to thank the customer service as they had a good responsibility when I left 1 bag in the hotel, they called me and keep the bag good until I manage get it bag. I give 5 ⭐️ to this hotel 👍🏻

Cons (-) Previous stay.. room was superbly clean / toilet was in very good condition . Sadly our lastest stay we are not that pleased with the room , toilet walls peeling off , not clean . Dusty . Room walls were dirty too . Totally different from our previous stay , maybe upper level is way more well maintained . Swimming pool area were not that clean too ,

Pros (+) - Great location just across Komtar/City square - Service is great although the staff seemed a bit blur at times 😂 - Room is very clean. I'm used to using wet tissue to clean hotel tables generally and was very surprised that there was not dust at all. First time ever for me so great job! 😂👍🏻(Totally forgot to leave a tip for the housekeeping staff to show my utmost appreciation... 😔)
Cons (-) - Breakfast food taste can be improved, but there is a large variety of food choices.

Cons (-) The hot water took a while to get hot, but other than that we enjoyed our stay. This is our second stay here.
