Pros (+) The ambience the moment you walk in is just spectacular and feels like a home away from home. Courteous and helpful front desk team. Efficient housekeeping and room service as well as specious and super clean rooms. The location; if you want to be in the midst of vibrant Pratunam, you will enjoy this hotel's location.
Cons (-) While the location is right in strategic Pratunam, this also means that it takes time for your grab transport to arrive due to congested traffic in this super popular area. I would also suggest more comfortable pillows.
