Spacious room, good location, worth the money
The fact that I was told that payment for the stay has not been made upon checking in. Seriously? I was ready to cause a scene if they denied us a room. And this deposit thing, we don’t use credit card and taking 3000 baht is a lot. After lots of pestering, they returned 2000 baht before we checked out. Our to go hotel when at Bangkok. Love the staffs & house keeping is always 100%. Be it bday or special occasion, amari will send us small gesture like cakes or sweet treats. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone who is heading to Bangkok
all: location, amenities, friendly and very helpful staff. my grateful thanks to the staff for safely collecting, storing and returning personal items I've left.
just an observation not a complaint that I didn't like: expensive breakfast, however I understand it's 5 star hotel and was my choice.

The AC wasn’t cooling
I loved the central, touristy location, the staff were courteous and efficient and the room was really clean and spacious. The hotel even offered to transport me to my next hotel in their complimentary tuk tuk….❤️❤️
There was nothing that I disliked
Centrally located in the city, good restaurants inside and nearby, from welcoming staffs lobby staffs and cleaning staffs all were polite and very helpful. Room and toilet was spacious it is spacious and well planned.
Wardrobe hangers in the room were a bit dusty.
Friendly place, room was spacious compared to other hotels I've stayed in. Great location, near the shopping outlets

Upon arrival we got an upgrade to a suite (perhaps one that is due to be renovated) and it was huge! Really really good. The staff are probably the best staff we experienced in Thailand and that is saying something. We felt so taken care of. Cocktails in the lobby were amazing, the lobby itself is incredible. So classy and calm. It really did feel like a 5-star brand. We felt special staying there...
Obviously its not the cheapest, especially adding breakfast and then food & drink at night can really push the price up. Its in a very busy area of Bangkok, and at the time of writing this there is a lot of construction going on next door and on the main road. Traffic was probably as bad as I have ever seen in Bangkok.
