Comfortable and beautiful room. Attentive friendly people at front desk. José and the lady that check me inn, where very attentive and profesional, though they couldn't solve the problem.
The restaurant at the hotel has bad service and food. They can intoxicate you, if you have allergies. You order room service and they forget about your order. NO RESPECT from HOUSEKEPPING what so ever for the guest. NO REST. You are only able to sleep from midnight to 5.30am in the morning. No soundprooof rooms. Basically, you can't sleep after 8am. Very clean and quite. Close to the creek. Amazing food.
Little pricey but great food.
Having a restaurant, with good bar staff and hot tub that wasn’t crowded
Fridge was too small for leftovers
Fabulous location and wonderful staff
The fact that there is no bathroom/shower near the pool but one has to walk through the lobby, reception area for a toilet. Furthermore, the room was difficult to access with a pram
Gorgeous resort. Great restaurant. View from pool is epic.
Nothing
First Class in the mountains
All was good
We would have like a better located room for the money we paid for the stay. Also our room Was not ready even at 4pm When we arrived and were supposed to get it
The staff at Amara are outstanding. Special thanks to Brianna for coordinating our transportation perfectly. Jose Aviles was attentive to all our hotel needs. Kudos to Tony and Valentina at Salt Rock for their daily hospitality.
Clean. Nice location by the river.
Pool was small. Issues with initial room: mis represented and by the noisy restaurant for $800/night.
Food was excellent, drinks also. Ambience outside was lovely.
Understaffed, very loud being by door to outside, due to understaffing, extremely long wait once seated at restaurant to order, no concierge, pool was not very clean :-/
