The hotel was great, nice events room as well for the kids when the weather wasnt nice. Rooms were clean and lovely, great view all very nice
I thought the price was a little steep considering, the breakfast was good but not great and the food options in and around the hotel are limited
The sunbeds at the beach was not confortable for us!
We felt the culture of this hotel is about maximizing profits over making sure the guests have a good experience. The pool water was freezing cold, and there was an up charge for every single item. We paid almost 150 Euros for 1 dinner at the buffet and assumed the soft drinks and water were included as not one of the 3 different staff members warned us about the extra cost. That the pool closes too early. The food at the beach restaurant could use more flavor/seasoning
Rooms were comfortable resort was great. The kids loved staying here, as there was so much to do.

This resort was beyond beautiful. So many things to do and beachfront access- you almost didn’t need to leave at all!

Breakfast was outstanding - the variety and quality of food, staff promptness in restocking of food and in general addressing the questions and needs. The room was clean and well furnished/ equipped, large, sliding windows and grille let the sun in or keep it out. Overall, just a great experience - we will be back.
