The location, breakfast, and honesty concept are really great. Service was wonderful. Beautiful and spacious rooms with a balcony! We received a bottle of wine and delicious petit fours on the house...such a special touch!
We had a coffee machine in the room, but no coffee. Could have been an oversight :-)
The hotel was amazing. The room was beautiful, especially as we got a free upgrade to a panoramic view room. The hosts were incredibly helpful. The breakfast was amazing, it was worth the price for that alone. I would happily stay there again!
Nothing it was all perfect
This hotel is very exceptional, especially in Austria. The whole concept is carefully thought through, and the staff is very approachable and makes you feel instantly at ease. It’s modern, the scenery is great, and we got a free upgrade to the panorama room.
There is nothing wrong with the location of the hotel, but we were shocked about how “fake” Pertisau looks. It’s literally a hotel village with pretty few things to do. We thought of it as a nice hiking destination across the lake, but it’s so touristic. Pertisau feels like a Tiroler theme park without any authenticity. The host was amazing and very friendly, who provided us a lot of information, insights and tips. We got gifts when checking in and out and the breakfast buffet was delicious which included a wide variety of self-made products. There are a lot of Sauna-opportunities.

Breakfast is interesting: many products are from local supliers or home made. I liked it 👍 The hotel (inside and outside) is nice 🤩
The reception was constantly not occupied. I couldn't get any help or info 🤷♂️ No information was supplied about hotel activities, facilities, options and area discounts 😡 The room for 1 person is actually a small box without a window, It also has a self turning off faucet. I felt as if I was in the airport and not in the hotel 😨
