Pros (+) The location is really walkable to the restaurants and old town but is quiet. The amenities were lovely and the room was really clean. Breakfast was a standout.

Cons (-) We had trouble to sleep due to high temperature in the room but outside was 22°C or higher. Probably it isn't common to have air-condition in such buildings in this area. For people living in the northern most part of Europe it caused bit of a problem. There was also problem to park the car as the streets are very narrow. There is a nice 10 minute trail right off the property that takes you into the center of town as well as the cable cars to Seceda and Alpe di Suisi. Pros (+) The location was beautiful. We loved the amenities, including the heated pool and relaxing pool area. The breakfast and dinner were also excellent as were the staff. This hotel exceeded our expectations.
