Cons (-) The walls are very thin, so you hear lots of noise from other rooms, doors are very squeaky, which was very loud and is frustrating because it is such an easy fix

Pros (+) Walking distance from the centro.
Cons (-) Very tight parking and noisy at night. There is a car shop just across the street and it's noisy during the day. At night there was more notice from cars driving with bad mufflers. It's quite where I live in Mexico City!

Pros (+) Initial night staff was helpful and accommodating
Cons (-) Beds were rock hard. Didn’t get much sleep as it felt like a plywood board we were sleeping on. Not enough outlets in the bathroom. Staff on 2nd day were not accommodating or friendly.

Pros (+) Awesome customer service! I gifted the stay as a birthday present, half a world away, and it worked wonders through the friendly and attentive staff in charge. My people had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend Alondra.
