Pros (+) The view from the room was very good.
Cons (-) Our luggages were not carried to our room, whereas for people of other nationalities it was done with due courtesy. The people involved in the service and hospitality industry should get educated in conscious and unconscious bias.

Pros (+) It was a bit different from the hotels I have stayed so far. There is no luxury or class oozing from different sides. However, it was neat and tech savvy in few ways.
Cons (-) There was no in room dining options. I felt the conceirge could have done more to assist me in exploring Singapore - like provide multiple transport options, offer tie-ups that they have with any travel desk etc. As i said above, for the same price, i think i could have gone with their competitor for feeling a bit more pampered during my stay.
