The location and the restaurant
The air conditioner in the room was very bad. The room was hot even at night, making it difficult for us to sleep.

Great location, great pool (despite being unheated, the water was quite warm) Food in the restaurant was good too. The staff were attentive and friendly.
We arrived just after check-in time, but our room was not ready, and we had to wait an hour and twenty minutes for it. Due to the hot weather and the fact we were in motorcycle clothing, the only place we could sit was in the bar. It would have been nice to be offered somewhere to change so we could use the pool, or even be offered a complimentary drink!!
The breakfast was nice and the adds on are super cool. But the inside of the rooms is old and deserves to be modernized.
We didn’t get the sea view , whereas in the description they say « pool with a view » a bit disapointed. The bathroom and the TV and all the furniture were super old to be honest. The tub had brown stains. The pool bar was closed while a lot of people were present and wanted to have a little drink
The hotel situation is amazing, and all the staff were so helpful and kind. The room was lovely, clean and very quiet, with a sea view. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was also spotless with lovely towels and toiletries provided. The food at dinner was delicious and beautifully presented. Being British I do love a cup of tea first thing so would have liked a kettle in our room, I didn't ask at reception so it may be that we could have had one provided. That's it, just one small thing.Read more
Staff were courteous and location but 2 miles from Roses
Drain smell in reception. Air conditioning did not work on the first night - we had to change rooms. Limited menu and fairly bland food. 20 minutes wait one evening to be served a beer.Swimming pool was almost empty and could not be used at all. As many places on the Costa Brava you need a car. Beware seagulls at breakfast.
We liked the location, the views and the access to the beach. The breakfast was very good as well.
No air-conditioning in the room. No in-room kettle or coffee facilities. Rude front desk staff that pick up phone calls while they're talking to you. Had a general smell of sewage at reception as well
