I liked the bar on the the ground floor which opens at 6AM. But on the other hand it was very noisy early in the morning when locals stop for the morning coffee. The apartment is placed very close to the lake. The host is very friendly and always ready to assist you. Air condition is very useful.
Surroundings is a little weird - next to apartment there is unfinished concrete sceleton filled with waste things. The swimming pool was occupied with children visiting the swimming lessons thus it was almost imposible to use it. And suprisingly we were asked to wear a swimming cap in the pool.
Amazing location just on the lake.. lady that is in charge of apartments is very friendly and helpful .. we got a free entrance to the pool that is near by and great service ..
The redeeming feature of our stay was definitely the hospitality of our hosts. I cannot rate them highly enough. Also extremely clean and cosy. The views were stunning and right on the beach! When we arrived, we got shown to our lovely little apartment, very clean and homely. Later on, I fell over and hurt myself badly and one of the owners saw and kindly bandaged it all up for me and helped us ba...

Very nice hosts, easy parking right at the building. OK rooms and kitchen equipment.
The pictures on booking.com do not reflect reality - there is no swimming pool - it is 1km away, the children playground is public and quite away from the apartments, the view is on unfinished concrete building and the beaches on Lake Trasimeno are real mess - nothing you would like to bathe in :(
