It was wierd to have the pool in the dining room I felt self concious
Alko Hotel exceeded my expectations! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. The staff were attentive and always ready to assist. Breakfast was delicious—great start to each day. Highly recommended!
I missed seeing more traditional Colombian dishes on the breakfast menu. They do offer arepas and almojábanas off the menu, which was a nice touch.
People (Hotel stuff) was very kind and respectful. Equipment (room) is clean and stylish
To noisy (dinner @ terrace sheet made some noise) Flog was crying all night... and it disturb sleeping...
Beautiful hotel, location is good. Room was very spacious and nice with great view of courtyard and pool. Staff are very helpful and friendly, especially in the bar and restaurant. The restaurant has a really nice tropical look and feel as does the courtyard. Lots of nature and you can hear it at night.
Room did not have a mini fridge to keep drinks cold.
Perfect blend of traditional Colombian homes , jungle and modern architecture. Pieces of the original structure used as decor , dense lush gardens all throughout the property , wood, concrete and iron . Truly a spectacular sight , lovely aromatherapy throughout, great service awesome food & drinks. The complimentary breakfast was also delicious . The room was spacious & clean . The bed very comfy pillows
Everything about this hotel was excellent, the location, service, food, ambience and rooms... I highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Cali, Colombia.
There are some parts of the rooms that need some maintenance, I know humidity is hard on paint but I think the hotel should paint a little more often to keep everything looking perfectly.
This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Cali! The ambiance exceeded my expectations. The natural rain forest setting was beautiful & relaxing.
There isn't anything not to like about this property.
