Selling point of this hotel is the view, amazing. The pool is one of the best I've been in. The food was lovely. The staff were all very attentive and friendly. The hotel was super clean. The room was cosy, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and well maintained. Overall a 5 star stay for us.

Cons (-) We came from cinnamon lodge to this hotel. In cinnamon there was an exceptional customer care and service but we saw the change immediately when it came to the staff and their service towards us. Other than that the hotel was really good!

Cons (-) Felt like a big tourist hotel with lots of tour groups and buses, so lacked personality. We stayed in one of the wooden chalets and didn’t have a big enough hot water tank for two showers.
