Reception staff stayed up as we were late to check in due to our bus arriving late.
Big and comfortable. Staff helped to arrange hikes and Bac Ha day trip.
Breakfast selection is adequate, but not exceptional
Service, breakfast, beautiful room and nice staf. I first canceled the booking due to a medical issue, refund was no problem, so flexibility is great. Finally we decided to go to Sapa and booked this hotel for 1 night. But we booked two extra nights because of high standards of this hotel.
Water of the swimming pool is a bit cold but for cooling down perfect.
Really enjoyed our stay. Location was excellent. Service was fantastic thank you.

We had an amazing time at Aliana Boutique Hotel Sapa! The room was super spacious, the views were beautiful, breakfast was delicious, and the staff were so friendly. Just a heads-up: there's a step at the spa entrance that's easy to miss, so be careful. Other than that, everything was perfect!
Nothing
This was a lovely hotel, close enough to town to walk but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Great view and lovely rooms.

Location is okay but it’s a bit tucked away. I didn’t mind as it was close enough to the city centre but away from the noise. Breakfast is pretty good.
A bit dated, rooms could be updated.
We received a warm welcome up on arrival. We enjoyed the spa, location, our room and other facilities but mostly the always smiling and helpfull staff.
Quiet location within easy stroll of town centre. Fabulous view of Fansipan and surrounds. Great breakfast and lovely staff.
We stayed in the Queen Suite which was beautiful however the bathroom was a little strange. The shower is over a bathtub which is set quite high and the configuration makes it impossible to shower without getting the floor wet.
Room was spacious with a great view, the bed was very comfortable and breakfast was fabulous - both the food and the service. The mini bar was stocked each day with complimentary water beer and Coke which was nice. The hotel is on a quiet street a 5 minute walk into the center of town - which for us is a positive. It is up a small hill but just about everything is in Sapa!
There was an area carpet in the sotting area that clearly hadn’t been cleaned or vacuumed in a very long time. - it let down the excellent standard of our 3 night experience. The laundry service offered is ridiculously expensive - for a fraction of the cost you can organize pick up and delivery and use a local laundry service.
