Pros (+) Service, breakfast, beautiful room and nice staf. I first canceled the booking due to a medical issue, refund was no problem, so flexibility is great. Finally we decided to go to Sapa and booked this hotel for 1 night. But we booked two extra nights because of high standards of this hotel.
Cons (-) Water of the swimming pool is a bit cold but for cooling down perfect.

Pros (+) We had an amazing time at Aliana Boutique Hotel Sapa! The room was super spacious, the views were beautiful, breakfast was delicious, and the staff were so friendly. Just a heads-up: there's a step at the spa entrance that's easy to miss, so be careful. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Pros (+) Location is okay but it’s a bit tucked away. I didn’t mind as it was close enough to the city centre but away from the noise. Breakfast is pretty good.
