Great family hotel with a wide range of amenities. We stayed here for a second time due to a nice water park. I definitely recommend visiting the teppanyaki restaurant to enjoy nice meals and watch the sunset, even though the place might have more fans for better air flow.
Location is fantastic, lots green pine trees and others, nice green grass, clean. The food all day through was delicious - fresh and well prepared. Staff were very helpful. Had problems with reception, as usually. Had also problems of same kind like some years ago. Things don’t change.
Navigating the site to find various places,particularly the room.(Better signage of room blocks would be helpful) Numbers on each side of the room block would be very helpful. Some method of stopping guests from reserving sun beds in the adults only pool . On almost every occasion I went there ,there were no beds available because people had reserved them with towels and then gone away

The aqua park was excellent
The doctor on sight tried to heavily overcharge for a consultation at a level equivalent to a fee for an operation. A complaint was made to hotel management and we await a reply from them. We also lost a day of our holiday having to travel into Alanya town to see another and more trustworthy doctor to receive treatment. Very upset with the medical service in the hotel and certainly would never rec...Read more

Very long checkin. We had no wifi. Nazim from reception was very rude. Awful beach You have to run to make it for diner and afternoon waffles

No wifi nor network for 9 nights. And every time they promise to sort it out but nothing. We had a wonderful stay at AliBey we couldn’t have asked for more! Our kids loved the aqua park but they offered many options so we went to the beach, other days to the regular pools, there was always something to do. Entertainment at night was great for the kids also, there were inflatables, dancing, and shows. If you wanted time away from kids there were also areas for adults only. There were lo...
Checkin and checkout was a little confusing, there was little communication. I would move the night shows earlier to 9, otherwise you have to wait 45 min- 1 hour between the kids dancing and the night show.Read more
