Cons (-) the people, not super friendly, not breakfast offered because we were leaving early, The bathroom had nothing to nothing to put our stuff on. the floor wasn't clean, too expensive for what it was

Pros (+) The staff was very accommodating and the location can’t be beat. Very nice old building nicely decorated.
Cons (-) Food was so-so (although tbh we only had breakfast there) and feather pillows would have improved the beds.

Pros (+) Location was very nice with a nice seaview. For restaurants you will have to walk to the island center which is approx 15 min.
Cons (-) The service in the breakfast room and the attention to missing items in the faxcilities (toilet paper, foot towl).

Room was very spacious and the front desk crew were very helpful. Breakfast at in the restaurant was lovely. Hotel is located in a great spot, close to shops, restaurants and the major piazza. I would stay here again.

Pros (+) Good location in Ortigia. They gave some good advice on where to eat and drink. Good reception.
Cons (-) Some of the hotel was being renovated and it was tricky to find the front door. This also meant that the breakfast tables were a little tight for space. I expect that will all go away when the work is finished
