Cons (-) We didn’t have a menu in the room for ordering room service. We managed to get one because they sent one to us from the restaurant

Pros (+) I received another room, even if it was paid.. a smaller one, a cheaper one and they gave me a discount cupon at the Benihana restaurant that is inside the hotel, in the lobby.
Cons (-) The room very small, the view in front of- a house under repair.. No milk near coffee.

Cons (-) The staff from the restaurant at breakfast. At 10:00 AM they close everything, the water machine, the coffee machine, they collect all the food and put the vacuum cleaner. I travelled all over the world and never seen such unpolite kitchen staff. Ussually you can eat quietly 30 minute after they collect the food, but here, the staff is very discourteous and put the vacuum cleaner at 10:04 AM.

Cons (-) The double rooms simply cannot have an extra bed, although they are selling this package. The rooms are so small is makes really impossible to stay, for a family of 3, 2 adults and 1 child. Fortunatelly, they changed the room with an executive room, a bigger one, but only after i have requested it. Cons (-) Rooms too small. Fees for parking. As of October 2025, the SPA is only partially open, only swimming pool is available, no jacuzzi, no sauna.
