Pros (+) We had a lovely stay at the stylish Alexander Hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable ...Breakfast offered a great choice with good coffee. The location was excellent for our planned trip to Keukenhof. We were lucky enough to have wonderful weather and so were able to enjoy dinner at the beach club watching the sun go down ....all in all a great stay. Thank you!

Pros (+) Ideal location. Lift access, reception and bar staff were lovely. Close to bus stop, beach was a short walk away. Restaurants and shops nearby. Everything you needed.

Pros (+) Check in was amazing. Anne (pronounced Ann-ah) was very nice and welcoming. She noticed an oversight in my reservation and made the correction without having to be asked. Had a wonderful room with a great view. Breakfast was very nice and the staff were efficient.

Pros (+) Absolutely stunning room. Shame we only stayed one night would have been great to stay for longer. Gym and pool/steam etc facilities down the road were amazing.
Cons (-) Reception people were great. Breakfast was lovely and fresh. Beef was lovely. Room was fab. Gym was amazing. We had a truly great time. Lovely beach walk and great local restaurants

Pros (+) Great clean rooms, very nice breakfast, enough parking space in the underground garage, close to the beach and beach clubs.
Cons (-) The Azzuro Spa was below expectations. It was not very clean, the sauna, jacuzzi, and main pool were quite cold. But the services and treatment at the spa were very nice.
