Could be noisy at night due to location close to nightspots
Clean and location.

Great location, lovely roof terrace and fantastic restaurants close by. Very convenient for the train station and the breakfast was superb, especially the pastries!

Well run small hotel with quirky shared areas.
Local area was OK but can get noisy on weekends
Final room given was ok. Breakfast was.quite good

Breakfast room is well set out, very light and airy
Not having access to a washing machine, I did send my laundry out with assistance from staff. Found the cost expensive for what I needed.
Mezzanine lounge area with all its features.
Room a bit small
Near the Perth Rail station. Lots of places to get food.
No kettle and fridge in the unit but you can get bottled cold water and hot drinks at level 1.
