Pros (+) Breakfast room is well set out, very light and airy
Cons (-) Not having access to a washing machine, I did send my laundry out with assistance from staff. Found the cost expensive for what I needed.

Pros (+) Near the Perth Rail station. Lots of places to get food.
Cons (-) No kettle and fridge in the unit but you can get bottled cold water and hot drinks at level 1.

Pros (+) Beautiful boutique hotel. Stunning decor and location was excellent. Helpful staff and comfy bed. The roof top terrace and a complimentary breakfast were an extra bonus.
Cons (-) Only downsize was external noise from pub over the road etc which meant you had to close all doors and windows and use air con to drown it out.

Pros (+) They provide free bike, very convenient to bike in the city center. The roof terrace is very chilling and good viewing. Stuffs are very kind.
Cons (-) It’s like a community, everything is shared. No coffee machine or electrical kettle in the room. Had to go the 1st floor to pick up complimentary filtered water.

Pros (+) Really enjoyed my stay at Alex Hotel. The staff were very friendly, room was comfy and clean, beautiful modern bathroom and was allowed an early checkin.
