Such friendly staff that made the stay so enjoyable! Amazing location, just a short walk away from the town centre and nice restaurants. The lunch and breakfast was great! Highly recommend

Rooms were on the smaller side but not the biggest issue.
We had an amazing stay at Alcázar during our recent Mallorca trip. The hotel is beautifully decorated (true interior design goals!) Staff were super helpul and attentive throughout. The breakfast buffet was also lovely. We definitely hope to come back the next time we're on the island - it was our favourite hotel of all.
Nothing about the hotel. The daily parking fee in their underground garage is obviously much more expensive than public parking lots (€18 per day), but for us it was just about bearable for a couple of nights given the convenience.
Modern and charming boutique hotel. Staff was very nice and breakfast amazing. Would 100% recommend
The hotel was new and we liked the design and central city location very much.
We booked the most expensive room category. The room itself was nice but facing the main road (not the backyard) and literally every morning we were woken up by the rubbish collection cars (between 7 and 8 o'clock ... not exactly our preferred time to get up in the morning). Super convenient hotel if you want to visit Soller, Deia, the Port of Soller etc. Brand new, great design, kind of like a soho house for families in terms of design.. everything is super convenient, staff friendly.. I usually never write reviews but we loved this place ..
A lovely combination of a bit of luxury, friendly atmosphere, convenient location right in the heart of Sóller, great breakfasts and a refreshing swimming pool. They even loaned us walking poles! Will definitely plan to return.
Some hooks or extra rails for drying towels and swimsuits would be useful and the bathroom sink was very shallow.
Great location and fabulous hotel. Everything is in pristine condition and well maintained. Very friendly staff who were very welcoming and friendly. Nice choice of breakfast baked goods (madeleine cakes, chocolate muffins, GF bread which didn’t crumble when buttered) for my daughter who is gluten free.
Only instant coffee in rooms. I believe they are upgrading to nespresso slowly. Coffee at breakfast was good though 😆
Pretty much everything, absolutely gorgeous hotel and lovely staff, great pool area and beautiful rooms that look brand new.
The only tiny thing was that I found the pillows were far too soft and a bit lumpy - a better selection of pillows would be appreciated.
