The terrace and view was fantastic. The room was fantastic…roomy and elegant. The dining room stunning!! The level of service was excellent. Very accommodating for all of our needs.
The water was only lukewarm for shower and washing, on June 5.
When we were given the correct room on the second day. The room was amazing but first night we were given “ an upgrade” to an old apartment not on the water. They gave our room the first night to someone else.
The overbooking and lied about it to use. We did not get the room we paid for.
The balcony and the view were amazing. A beautiful direct view of the ocean. The service was excellent. The front desk associates were very helpful with suggestions and directions. The breakfast buffet was beautifully displayed and was delicious. Mary was so pleasant and delightful each morning and remembered our coffee preferences. The porter who brought our luggage down the steps was great!
The room was a little small but it was what we selected. We would definitely stay here again, but would choose a larger room.
Loved the views from Breakfast and the room.
Didn't like being woken on weekends at 2 and 3 am. by drunken people screaming and shouting, walking past the room. Sounds like they inside the room it's so loud.
The view from our balcony was amazing! Each morning we were able to watch the sunrise on the water and boats! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet with seating overlooking the water was wonderful.
The restaurant dinner menu was fancy and limited. After all day exploring it would’ve been nice to come back to our hotel and had some less fancy food options.
Exceptional sea view from the room, friendly and helpful staff and a good breakfast with decent vegetarian options!
Expensive but then the location kind of makes up for it!
