We are skiers, so the hotel should clearly indicate that it does not offer the "Sleep & Sky" ski pass when booking through booking.com. We were a little disappointed when the receptionist told us that we could not get this offer (which is almost half off the price of a daily ski pass if you stay in an Engadine hotel) just because we booked through 'booking.com'.
Breakfast was lovely, lots of choice, lots of space in the room! Hotel is very clean, staff were lovely and couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable. They also went above and beyond to help us get to the train station (mum is in a wheelchair and dad struggles with his mobility) on our departure and organized a taxi for us at their expense because the shuttle wasn't available.....they excelled...
This isn't really a criticism of the hotel. We had a wheelchair with us and we didn't contact the hotel early enough to organize the shuttle so ended up on the bus from St Moritz. The bus itself dropped us off a 5 minute walk from the hotel, and in normal circumstances that would have been ideal, but it was 5 minute walk up a relatively steep hill with a wheelchair and luggage, it wasn't easy! Beautiful Hotel, well managed. nice rooms, nice location in the center of Silvaplana. Easy to park, good food and breakast. It helped that we had great weather, too.
The only complaint would be that the stay was too short - but that is not the hotel's faoult

Everything about this hotel was of an exceptionally high standard. It was spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed with an attention to detail second to none. We had a great stay in hotel Albana in the middle of October: the room was cozy, spa was very nice, both restaurants are amazing (and you can order from both of them!) and the service is just superb - they arranged our transfer and were super flexible with restaurants and spa.
