Since I enter the lobby ,I felt a relaxing clean comfortable vibes, the Arabic coffee and dates were great while I was waiting for check in ,my check in experience was fast ,all staff in the reception are welcoming and quiet,..helpful . Fantastic location, one entrance leads to an easy walk to the Waqif Souq and Waqif metro station. The other onto the street where uber, taxi and excursion vehicles can easily pick you up. I had a room with a balcony and it was worth the extra for the views to the Souq and skyscraper skyline at night. The hotel location is very good. It is in the center of Doha. The standard room is big and has very good sound proof. The bed is comportable and bed sheets are very clean. Enjoyed free espresso coffees in the room. The restaurant staff are so nice. Especially May (from Myanmar) is very well trained staff.
The curtains are very dirty! Must be washed and cleaned.

The service was great. The receptionist, bellman, porter gave us excellent service. The room was quite large. We had late check out and had a lot of time until the flight. Everything! From the staff who greeted us to the spacious Executive Suite room, sumptuous breakfast and afternoon Arabic tea. Every detail was carefully thought of. Loved the location, right by Souk Waqif and the gold souks.

Very poorly cleaned and maintained: cockroaches in the shower, cigarettes on the carpet... Shall I continue?
Location of the hotel is really good, very close to Souq Wakif. Parking in the garage is nice, as car is not parked on hot sun.
When we came to our room on the first day, there were towels and other amenities just for one person in the room. On the second day room was not cleaned. There could be more assortment at breakfast, and not the same offer every day. Chairs in the breakfast room should be cleaned or replaced as they are really dirty.
