Staff lovely and trying to be very helpful, Pool area clean and minimalistic design, night movie under the star was very cool.
Badly maintained … in the room the door lock wasn’t working properly and the bathroom handle was broken. In the SPA, I paid 200 AED and only the salt room was working. Neither the Sauna (maximum reaching 40 degrees) nor the tropical showers worked. Also the view from the retreat… one side is a street and the other side the desert view is not clear.
hotel shouldn’t charge there guests for there visitors . 300 dhs per guests is alot of money

The staffs are very helpful throughout our stay and I can communicate the staff all the time before check-in and during my stay with no problem. Food are also nice
room are too small. Large luggage is hardly to fitted in the room
It is very private and secluded, the staff were very friendly and the pool is like you are in a different world, the rooms are cozy and have an amazing layout, the out sude setting area was very nice and the best is the bycecales and ride activities.
It was not kid friendly place as it is advertised as family and we did inform them prior that we have 3kids under the age of 4 but it was not safe for them. The common area had tables that are completely unsafe or stable for any one let alone children they kept falling because the cant handle any weight and they were extremely heavy to move away from the childrens path we had to be on out tips and...Read more
The location and facilities were wonderful and with nice design. The best part are the staff Aaliya, Wai Wai and Fatima who were beyond kind and helpful! They always have a smile on their faces and would make sure everything is taken care off!
Maintenance can certainly improve esp the shower control which fell out.
The privacy,. The quality of place ,. The rooms ,. The hospitality,. The sweetness of wai wai 💕 everything was great ,. If you wish to have barbecue setup they will help ,. Movie night was great ,.

The materials used for bathroom are not thoroughly thought through as they only look nice but unfortunately are not functional (the shower hose heats up to the point that you cant hold it without burning your hands moreover, its placement is too low and should be more flexible as it is currently hard to position properly)
