We stayed half board and thought the food was amazing. The quality and selection was great. The location was superb, in a quiet village, but with access to a shop, swimming, and right next to a small slope. We reached two ski resorts easily within 20-30 mins by car.
The afternoon snack is served 4-5, which either we often didn’t make in time from skiing, or if we did was quite close to when dinner was served.
Great service, very helpful staff, and family-friendly. Just an overall fine holiday. Ski bus directly to the hotel.
Only a small comment/recommendation: the sauna could be open later in the evening; closing at 7 p.m. is early.

Nothing to not like about this place
exceptional hotel, clean facility, friendly stuff and good atmoshphere. You can also enjot sauna, amazing breakfast and dinner and have a great walk nearby. Plus we could charge our Electro car there.

Everything. This is a wonderful spot for easy family friendly skiing. The staff all around were wonderful and friendly and went out of the way to make the stay comfortable for everyone. The town itself is lovely and a great place to explore the region.
Leaving
Very nice hotel. Good room , beautiful kamin. Kitchen very tasty and all foods every tome fresh and good quality.
The family Lachner, knows what a tourist needed. Great hotel and very nice cosy village. The room is excelent with great view on the Feichner Ski piste. All facilities for a great wintersport holiday are available (skiing, langlaufen, rodelen)
Maybe the temperature could a bit less.
Perfect location for hiking lovers as it is connected directly to many trails. We were totally impressed by Kaunertal valley, breath-taking views, glaciar and beautiful lake.
Wonderfully situated with magnificent view of the mountains, Very friendly and service-oriented staff. The owner took time to elaborately explain us of sights, tours, and other experiences avaliable for us. We were just the two of us but the hotel is obviously well suited for couples with children.
