Being a new hotel, the interiors were nice, aesthetically pleasing but functionally compromised
Quite small. No power points on bedside table, no writing desk, no chair to comfortably sit on but only a bench. The small C table also easily tumbles. Can hardly hear the other person on the other end of the phone. I also requested for a plug adaptor and after an hour had to call again because it was not still brought to my room. The place is nice and clean
The reply speed of the hotel is slow. I requested early check in of the day one week before my stay and I got noticed only on that day morning that there is option to guarantee my early check in on a fixed fee.
Small room but soooo comfy, just like home
The hotel is modern, new, clean and in a great location. Absolutely beautiful rooms with the biggest bathtub I have ever seen. I love the Japandi aesthetic of the hotel. It has a minimal style to it. Great shower / bathroom area and in a decent location. An environmentally friendly hotel.
I with they had USB/USB C sockets. There were none near the bed of my Classic King Room, so I had to charge my phone away from me by the TV. My corner room had a thin wall, as the family next door had a small toddler who made noise in the mornings, so hearing guests was not pleasant.
