Absolutely fantastic stay at Airis Hotel. My partner and I came for a wedding and spent the weekend and our expectations were more than exceeded. The staff were excellent and delivered great customer service. The room was lovely and the food and drinks at the restaurant were delicious. Top rating from me!
Fantastic team. Really nice clean rooms. Great customer service. So helpful with booking taxis. Was fantastic. 10/10 would recommend and will be back.
What a fantastic location. The staff were brilliant and really friendly. Delicious breakfast and great evening cocktails by the pool Room was clean, tidy and comfortable. Overall pleasant stay, value for money. Definitely we will be back
Lovely comfortable sun beds with shade along poolside. Excellent meals. Nicely decorated.
Felt a bit squashed onto the site. Breakfast room too tight on as well.

the gym is outdated and would require basic equipments. in addition there is no towels for the training, no water and no disinfectant to clean.
Two pool options, great included breakfast. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Lovely beaches in walking distance and easy to get into Chania town (bus or taxi)
Really friendly staff, very helpful. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Shower came with a bench which was a nice addition to the room.
Breakfast could be improved. Very judgemental older guests who seemed unhappy maybe they need some marriage counselling.
