Nice pool Nice breakfast with local products
Staff attitude: we asked for earlier check in (before 3 pm) and was denied, we asked for an iron for the clothes and was "not available" and used by someone else and instead we were asked to leave by 10 am when we asked for a later check out.
We just missed a restaurant in the property.
The breakfast was fantastic! The staff was wonderful! The location was difficult and if one does not come with a vehicle you are simply out of luck for dinner.
The property could be greatly improved in our opinion by the following: 1) the parking at gate 2 is simply ridiculously far when the temperature in the summer can 100 degrees; 2) there is beautiful common room that CANNOT be used in the summer because there is no a/c and is essentially a sauna; 3) there should be some place to congregate and have a drink on the property; a bar needs to be availabl...Read more
Staff was friendly, breakfast various with a lot of options, clean, rustic decorated houses, clean pool, very nice green grass area, beautifully furnished lounge and breakfast room.
We book initially their biggest room, Suprema type that had also a terrace. Unfortunately the terrace did not offer any intimacy as it was not exclusively ours but shared, not separated in any way from the neighbourhood Suprema suit. Amazing place to relax and outstanding breakfast
Considering it’s location, the place is quite isolated. Maybe implementing a room service food option in the future could give that extra service that would make it perfect

The property cancelled our first night with very short notice and for unexplained reasons which in August is always a problem in Italy; we would have liked to receive an apology for that; the air condition is set centrally so can‘t be adjusted individually; the pool is a lot smaller than is suggested in some of the fotos and has no deep parts; check out is at 10am.
