Insects Road accessibility But it's understandable
Fabio was extremely friendly and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. The property was very quiet and had very friendly cats. The terrace near the outbuilding where we had breakfast was great for evening relaxation. We were able to use the outdoor couches and tables to have wine and look out onto the sea.
The property did not look the same as the pictures in my opinion. The bathroom facilities were not very good. The shower door didn't fully close, so lots of water everywhere. And the drains were very slow. There were ants in two of the three rooms we rented (in the bathrooms) we didn't want to have anyone spray anything so we did not alert the staff. Very clean rooms, comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. There is air conditioning which was a plus on hot days. We loved the breakfast and the pool. Somewhat central to go around but calculate 30+ minutes to get anywhere but Avola.
Getting here was annoying. On the map, the location seems close to the beach and highway, but when you actually get directions you see that you just spend 8 useless minutes just to go around the highway to go through the farm road that’s not very picturesque, bunch of turns. I am not sure if we would choose this place again.
The resort was very clean and the owner Fabio and his staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The pool is a good size and overlooks amazing scenery. Also the breakfast was very good and fresh and there was a great choice of food and drink.
Our room was a bit too small for my liking however we adapted quite well and it didnt dampen our holiday one bit. Other than that, everything was great!
Very nice swimming pool, friendly and professional staff, quiet room, good matress, opportunity to have light dinner, local marmalade for breakfast, excellent air conditioning, very modern and spacious shower, easy parking

Beautiful pool, gorgeous grounds among the lemon trees! The personnel was kind and attentive, the room were spacious enough for 3. Good location.
The bed was hard, shower drain was clogged and the breakfast, although lots of options were available, was average: fruits were not ripe and coffee was not good.

Everything was ok about the property but I wish that when kids are around they keep quiet .
It is perfectly well taken care of.
This accommodation is simply amazing and we will forever cherish fondest memories of our stay. Breakfast was so delicious with lots of fresh, homemade products. We were spoiled every morning by two lovely young girls that made our stay so unforgettable. Thank you again so much for all you did for us - we will never forget you. And hopefully we will return one day as we left our hearts in this beau...
