Carla is such a fantastic, warm and friendly host. I only left today and wish I could go back! The surrounds are just gorgeous, so green and luscious, and the pool is insane - so much bigger than I anticipated! Lots of sunbeds and umbrellas for all guests and definitely big enough too. Fabulous historic buildings set in a lovely location. Carla was a superwoman and made us feel so welcome.The set dinners were a true Tuscan experience, far too much food but so delicious and great atmosphere outside or inside the restaurant.
Due to their age,the inside was very dark and difficult to see even with the lights on!It would have been nice to have a few basics for self catering:like salt and pepper for those of us coming from overseas.
Carla was an exceptional host. Even though I arrived after hours, she made sure I was all settled and checked in over whatsapp. There was even an entire yogurt cake waiting for me in my room! Somehow, the hot water had been turned off in my room before my arrival so I didn't have hot water the first night. But honestly, it was so hot outside, I didn't want one anyway! Once I mentioned it to Carla, it was fixed right away!Read more
We loved how rustic it was; the history; the authentic Tuscan feeling of the place. It was so authentically unbothered and in disarray but also manicured in all the right ways. There was space to walk around and explore the property or set up in a hammock, swim, relax on the porch — whatever you wanted to do to relax!

Carla is so welcoming you feel instantly at home. Receiving a delicious homemade cake on arrival immediately put everyone in good spirits! The site is just beautiful and well kept! The flats are very clean and neat… and Carla is a great host we were warmly welcomed with a delicious cake… it couldn’t have been better.
What a beautiful place. Carla is amazing, she was very kind, giving recommendations on fun things to do with our family in the area and went all the way making our stay great. If you are not speaking Italian well, her English is also perfect. The location is very pretty, as is the pool. The long-table dinners are really really nice and our kids loved the pizza making.
The apartment was beautifully decorated, spacious, and very comfortable. Carla welcomed us with a delicious gift of a homemade yogurt cake and local coffee. She and her family were very kind and hospitable. They hosted lovely multi-course dinners outside on the patio on two of the nights we were there. It’s very beautiful, with beautiful views, surrounded by olive trees, fruit trees, herbs and flowers, the smell is amazing. Carla the host was wonderful, very kind and generous and really cares for her guests and respects her land and the history of the farm. There is a full guide of things to do in the area.
