Location is good, staff are really helpful and friendly, room service is quick
Could hear through the vents every room flushing their toilet so up since 5am. Beds dipped at pillow end so sunk into a hole. Bar is on the roof. Food is expensive with nothing else with it ,ie a burger for £15/20 is just a burger. Limited menu. Bath is slippery
The variety of food was outstanding. Outside seating was available. The time was adequate and convenient. Self service coffee machine was easy to operate. The staff was friendly and worked hard to keep the breakfast well stocked and clean after guests left the dining area.
We could get fresh air in the room easily. However, to sleep comfortably at night required some air-conditioning. An open window could have solved he problem but outside traffic noise would have been a problem. Thus directions on how to use the air conditioner would have been more convenient and helpful.
Classic large room in Italian style, amazing breakfast and super friendly staff. Grreat.

This is an excellent hotel and the staff could not be more friendly. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast in the rooftop’s restaurant is fantastic. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Everything is excellent, the rooms are a bit small but it was expected.
Great hotel in the middle of Biella. Helpful staff who gave me advise on how to have a look around Biella in one hour. Nice restaurant with good atmosphere.
