I did a lot of research to try and find a property that gave us the luxury that we were looking for, had caldera views, but that was just outside the bigger touristy areas. Perfect location (easy access to both Fira and Oia, loving the hiking trail btw), nicely designed hotel with technologically advanced facilities, friendly and helpful staffs, tasty and fresh breakfast, breathtaking view. Enjoyed the stay very much.
Great location, walkable to town but out of the tourist trap area for bars and restaurants. Perfect spot for sunset, hotel is high up so you are not overlooked. Staff are exceptionally helpful everything was perfect.
Great service, the team were brilliant. Besides this the location, facilities, cleanliness and the entire experience was remarkable.

The location is brilliant, on top of Imerovigli, in the middle of everything. The employees are super nice and cool, ready to help you with everything you need everyday. Don't make a scope in booking a room at caldera, the other part of the hotel is more quiet and the view of the island is also nice. The size of the pool is very good comparing with what you will find Santorini.
Water in the pool is too cold for me. The dinner is more expensive than many fine dinings in Imerovigli.
The hotel is beautiful and the location is great.
I requested a family room that in the pictures had a living room. The room I got was a regular room with an extra bed for the kids. It was not what I paid for.
