It's the perfect boutique hotel for Ubud. Close to the centre where all the activities are, yet luxurious with that touch of awesomeness. With the fantastic thoughtful service and attention to details. They provide complimentary breakfast which you can have at their restaurant or in the rooms at no extra cost. The aircon has a damp smell as has the suite room. Maybe with a dehumidifier and clear the aircon more often will settle the musky smell. Keep the door open helps too.. this is my one and only concern.Read more
The staff was delightful, friendly, interested in our well being, and quite helpful. They followed up on our requests in a very timely manner. But in addition, to the staff, the restaurant on site was a true gem. Many natural ingredients, more charming staff, and even nightly entertainment. What a find!

Everything - location, facilities, the rooms and the Herb Library restaurant. Their staff are exceptional, nothing was any trouble and they always went the extra yards to make sure all our needs were met. Location is perfect to explore Ubud, lots of restaurants and spa around, short walk to Ubud centre. All day breakfast and Afternoon Tea as a pleasant surprise. Amazing staff. Beautiful hotels grounds
Mosquitoes and ants, especially if you have room with the garden (-1-2 levels) Extreme humidity, clothes and towels, linen always slightly wet
The venue is amazing, rooms are big ,comfy, the bathroom is top level
The property is located in the heart of Ubud in the cutest little street. The rooms are clean and spacious. The warm and attentive staff were definitely a highlight. The restaurant was also fantastic with a wide range of dishes to choose from.
