Very nice hotel, clean with good design!! The staff was polite and very helpful especially Tsonivarand and the guy at breakfast room. Close to city centre (15 min by foot). They clean the room everyday.

Hotel is in a good location 5 mins walk from Tavern Yerevan. Value for money, great location very convenient..some of the staff are very good but the night staff I found to be a bit unfriendly and not so hospitable..morning staff are excellent..the clean lady was excellent and warm person..the view from our room was good as long as we don't look down..below is a garbage dumpster..otherwise all good..happy with the experience

I liked that it’s close to a lot of tourist sites and it was super clean. The staff was welcoming and nice. I recommend anyone who plans to visit Yerevan to stay here as it’s a great value for the money.
The staff were extremely kind, good-humored, and helpful. Especially Ruzana! Great housekeeping, too! It's in a perfectly central location and was well-worth the price. The balcony was a great feature too, because it snowed one night. The heating was fantastic and I even got too warm on some nights and had to lower it. I am really grateful I found this place and I'll definitely return the next tim...
The only small issue was that there was a smell in the bathroom coming (I believe) from the pipes. There's not really anything that can be done about this so I didn't mind. Also, the water leaked from the shower onto the floor, but I only ever had to put a towel over it and it was cleaned every day to perfection.Read more
It was a great experience overall. Totally worth the price paid.. Also, all the staff were very friendly and helpful, specially Tsovinar, the front desk manager. She helped us with everything, from recommending and booking dinners and tours for us, also helping us with directions to nearby places. We will definitely stay here again if visiting Yerevan

It was a big pleasure to spend time at the hotel. Personal is very nice and friendly, room is big and nice, bed was really comfortable. Location is also great.
