The staff were very helpful in getting our needs met and arranging tours. They explained the process to us, so there were no surprises. Short power outages are common, and they provided rechargeable lights to use in our room as needed. Breakfasts were delicious and had multiple options which always included some traditional Ecuadorian fare. There was also a lovely view from the terrace!
Be aware that all restaurants and shops close very early due to curfews. Don’t expect to do anything outside of the hotel after 7-8pm.
beautiful boutique hotel that felt like home. Roberto and Andrea were wonderful hosts and looked after us from the initial booking until after our departure when they assisted us with a travel issue. we loved staying at Adamas House.
nada!
This is an elegant boutique hotel. The outside is deceiving but inside is tasteful with rooms surrounding an inner courtyard. The suite we stayed in was wonderful - spacious, clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated and furnished. The staff, and Andrea in particular, are excellent - attentive and doing what they can to make sure the stay is a success. The breakfast was nice with fresh juice, fruit...
We got in late and it took three attempts before we were in the right room but there was a willingness to make things right.Read more
The breakfast was excellent. Beautifully presented and very tasty. Location was easy walk to many sites in the old town. The staff went above and beyond to make sure every need was met

However, it was my first time in South America and what I expect in Austra...Read more

The property was very well designed and decorated. It was very intimate and like home. We really appreciated the complimentary breakfast that a very kind staff member made homemade for us. They also provided complimentary coffee, tea, and juice. The rooms were very nice and comfortable and the staff left us filtered water. We felt very safe in the hotel and staff were incredibly helpful. The woman...Read more
This is a lovely small hotel in the old centre very close to all the sights with extremely friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast are also great.
Just a warning that it can be difficult to drive there on a Sunday due to road closures but not impossible, unfortunately not all taxi drivers could find the right way to approach it.
