The rooms were very clean and modern and the hotel was close to the metro. We were at the back so the room was very quiet.
It was a disappointment to find out the rooftop bar was not useable as the cushion seats were at cleaners. They came back on our last day. There was no bar open up there. The main pic on the website was rooftop bar which we loved the look of.
Really lovely room with a balcony, really close to the main Trindade station.
Breakfast was a little bit lacking. Not much choice for coffee or juices.
Room small, chair and table in balcony would have been bonus
EVERYTHING FINE EXCEPT…..
1) Supplementary bedding/blanket needed n room as weather not hot on arrival 2) One or two members of reception staff (both male) could have done with being more warm and welcoming. good location, new and clean
The property was ok, i didn’t like the numerous e-mails i’ve been receiving since i made the booking. Also there was confusion about the beds, as i booked 2 separate beds with separate blankets, not a couple bed, which was booking.com fault according to the staff.
The hotel is located close to the city center. It is 15 min walk to the City Hall. The rooms were clean, they did housekeeping every day. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The beds were comfortable.The breakfast is a little expensive, but it has many options (fruit, egg, cheese, fruit juice, croissant). There is a patisserie next to the hotel where you can have breakfast, which is much more...
The breakfast could be cheaper and they can put water according to the number of people staying in the room.Read more
Hotel is very clean and location is safe
Very clean and spatious room, quiet, excellent location and incredibly nice staff.
It took a bit to get a handle on the AC system but the staff were helpful.
