The Hotel is lovely, it's clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and were always willing to help.
If you're walking, it's just a little out of the way from the riverside, but it gives you the opportunity to see more. However, you can always get a taxi!
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great. Bus 300 across the street the metro a few blocks away. The room was very comfortable and clean . Coffee maker in the room as well as tea. Hotel staff very helpful and courteous. Car parking available which was a must for us as we travelled by car and parking in town very limited and problematic .
There was nothing I did not like
The stuff were amazing , starting from mariana and pedro on the front office ( who i would give them a special thanks as they were extremely friendly and helpful ) till who is responsible for the room cleaning.. it was the day where the electricity went completely off and they handled everything perfectly. Bed was comfy , for sure ill rebook it again for my next stay in porto
I would say the breakfast could have more variety but nothing to nag about
The location was a bit outside of the centre but pretty good to stay away from the busyness. And easy walkable.

Hotel was convenient for visit to family member working and staying in that area of the city
Bit further walk to most of the sites most tourists wish to see, but by no means prohibitively so.

There are a few homeless people around the local area - no issues at all, but upsetting to see.

AC seemed to be dirty which caused my girlfriend to have problems breathing during the night
