Location was okay. The hotel staff were very kind & helpful. Breakfast buffet was good. Room was spacious, clean & comfortable with nice amenities. They have a bar for drinks open late night.
Hotel sits on an incline that’s a little challenging when walking. Bathroom lighting too dark. No snacks to purchase or vending machines. Would be nice to have a washer/dryer on sight for self-laundry service.
The breakfast was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was accessible to walking to places that we needed to get to.
The only small amenity that was inconvenient was that their wasn't a microwave oven.
Helpful staff, comfortable bed and room, bus stops and metro station nearby, supermarket and restaurants nearby, 15-minutes walking distance to the center, construction work in front of the hotel but when the windows are closed, no noise is heard.

Need to provide a variety of teabags. No milk was provided for tea or coffee. Building works going on nearby was a shame - no point in having a balcony. A fraction too far out of town so if you don’t like walking or getting transport everywhere this may not be hotel for you. I don’t mind walking so it was ok. Note:hotel is on a very steep hill

The Hotel is lovely, it's clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and were always willing to help.
If you're walking, it's just a little out of the way from the riverside, but it gives you the opportunity to see more. However, you can always get a taxi!
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great. Bus 300 across the street the metro a few blocks away. The room was very comfortable and clean . Coffee maker in the room as well as tea. Hotel staff very helpful and courteous. Car parking available which was a must for us as we travelled by car and parking in town very limited and problematic .
There was nothing I did not like
The stuff were amazing , starting from mariana and pedro on the front office ( who i would give them a special thanks as they were extremely friendly and helpful ) till who is responsible for the room cleaning.. it was the day where the electricity went completely off and they handled everything perfectly. Bed was comfy , for sure ill rebook it again for my next stay in porto
I would say the breakfast could have more variety but nothing to nag about
The location was a bit outside of the centre but pretty good to stay away from the busyness. And easy walkable.
