We like our stay overall. The staff were very friendly. We stayed at the Residence, the house is spacious and modern. The indoor playroom was nice for younger kids. The Lemoni a la carte restaurant was nice.
The quality of food in the buffet restaurant can be beter. The toilets in the buffet restaurant are quite old, which should be upgraded in our view. The water cooker in our view gave very strange smell and taste when we used to make hot water. There should be a fence between the ground floor and upper floor as our toddler kept on trying to climb the stairs. The outdoor playground was small and old...Read more

Private area pool at Maisonette rooms was not heated at this time of the year (only the main pool was), so no one could take advantage of this facility. Pay for every sport activity in the sport area Bad WiFi

beach is too small for this hotel. It was almost impossible to find free sunbeds and on top of that there is nobody who is taking care about the beach facilities. Some days we didnt see the trash bin was cleaned from the day before, some sunbeds were taken out of the hotel beach area. Overall beach management should be better for 5* hotel.

Since we arrived they made us pay the difference of 50%. They didn't even wait for us to see the room. The reservation was made through booking, but the people at the reception argued that this is the hotel's policy.
