I love this hotel. The location you cannot beat. The value is awesome. I always feel so comfy in this location. Feels safe.
I just wish the rooms had microwaves. I’ve been here about 5 times and have never had a microwave. They say the suites have microwaves.
The staff at night was amazing and super friendly. The room was clean. Loved the area. We were close to a lot of restaurants and close to miracle mile.
The room was a little small.

Location is excellent, room was clean and tidy, had everything I needed.
I had the City View room on 4th floor, thus the sound from the street was super loud

The beds and pillows were the best. The shower head was excellent like a heavy rain.

I booked a 1 bed room instead of 2. The receptionist upgraded me to a 2 bed room for free. The parking garage is right next door that they validate for $40 per day vs the $80 it would typically charge. Location is perfect. Coffee shop attached.
One of the towels appeared to have a blood stain. 2 light bulbs needed changing. The phone didn?t work. They only do turn down service upon request. When I asked for 4 towels I was provided 2. No coffee machine in room.
Very comfortable bed, staff was very helpful
