Pros (+) Location was great. Staff were all friendly and attended to needs. Room had a nice aesthetic.
Cons (-) There are no free amenities in the room - tea/coffee/water are all by charge. The room is expensive as it is and they can’t even give you free coffee/tea in the room. The only water/ice dispenser is in the basement in the gym. The pillows are not comfortable. We asked for additional pillows and they still sunk all the way in. Looks like mold growing in the shower.

Pros (+) Nice jazz radio welcoming us on arrival, very clean room, the body wash smelled excellent and amazing mocktails on the rooftop. The architecture of the hotel is very beautiful!
Cons (-) There was no fan exhaust in the room, hardly any vegan options on any menus, inconsistent water temperature in the shower, and no handheld shower head.

Pros (+) I asked for a very quiet room and was given one. Lovely staff. We had a small room but it was very well designed and felt very spacious

Pros (+) location, cleanliness, comfortable environment. will return if needed for the occasion. i like the business like no frills bedroom.
Cons (-) our family wanted to have an experience with your Michelin Star restaurant. however it was fully booked for the holidays! I thought as hotel guests we will be given a spot on short notice but no harm done though. next time we will book in advance.
