Beautiful surroundings, helpful staff. We had an issue with the shower and maintenance turned up within 5 mins to sort it! Accommodation so clean! And the beds were so comfy too. Nice waterfall walks in the park. Didn't eat in the restaurant, but having one on site was great. Caernarfon airport museum was a good trip out as was beautiful Portmeirion! Don't miss the chip shop 'Chippy Dre' at Tremad...
Didn't eat at hotel but food looked lovely
Location is great and there is so much to see. The parking space right outside the caravan was so convenient
No network service - just WIFI
We went for the carvery in the restaurant. It was well set out and the staff went over and above for us. They were very friendly and helpful. Drinks were also reasonably priced. Lovely seating area outside to enjoy the sunshine.
The cabana that we stayed in could have done with black out blinds or curtains as it was very light in the morning. Which meant everyone was up earlier than usual.
amazing location and had everything we needed. staff were great and the restaurant on site served lovely food
the bed wasn't as comfortable as it could have been. the mattress was quite soft and the duvet was heavy, especially when it was so warm

The restaurant was really good. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. The location was stunning.
The bed was really hard and uncomfortable for us. A few things were missed from house keeping but apologies were given to us.
Excellent location and facilities. This hotel is a little expensive but you get what you pay for. The fabulous location and facilities says it all. Fantastic all round
Nothing could have been better I would stay again and recommend without hesitation
