The exterior of the building is traditional and attractive. The location is ideal for access to the city. Friendly and helpful staff.
How the exterior could be so lovely and the modern interior be so cheap and nasty is incomprehensible. Who designed the annoying lighting system? Who thought that a wall and door of blue glass, with gaps, leading into the bathroom, would be attractive and user friendly? No privacy. Slippery and tight shower enclosure. I particularly liked the traditional exterior architecture and the ver convenient location. Inside everything was modern and light.

Great hotel with a perfect central location, everything is very close. Stylish design, clean and comfortable. I especially loved the balcony, it’s a great place to relax next to the green trees. Good breakfast.
One thing that felt a bit unusual was that the bathroom was behind glass instead of being a separate room. The glass wasn’t transparent, but there was still no real separation, so light and sound could be disturbing. Also, there was a dirty cloth left in the wardrobe.
The location is great and the staff was very helpful and freindly.
I did reserve a small room, but it was smaller that I expected. If the room was arranged a bit differently, it might not have felt so tight.
The hotel was so comfortable, very clean, and very central. The staff were welcoming and helpful. We loved it. Hopefully we will get back here again as San Sebastián is absolutely beautiful.

The bar and breakfast were like an afterthought
I loved the room, clean and decorated in calming colour, well laid out plenty of space, included kettle and coffee machine. Great shower and fabulous toilet . Best hotel room I have been in. I loved all the electric operated door to bathroom.
Great location, hotel was well looked after and maintained.
Beds were extremely firm.
