I like the staff. The young guy at the reception was helpful enough. The room was clean
The bathroom walls have stains, the tap water was dirty like, mud coming out of the tap. I couldn't wash, brush my teat with tap water. We could only use bottled water. There was a guest who was drunk and kept yelling around at night. I tried to help the staff to handle the situation. This was not the fault of the place but it was not a pleasant night for us.
Large room, clean and comfortable

Facilities are rather rundown where kitchen, pool and surrounding area are not maintained. Lack of groceries, restaurants or scooter rental around the area.
Everything about the place was nice from start to finish, with how busy and expensive southern Thailand has been it’s been such good value for money and the staff have been so helpful and attentive to anything and everything! If and when I come back to Phuket I’ll be staying here again
No towel hanger in washroom
Mosquito some in room. TV no channels
