The curtains / rolling blind didn't block the light, making it unpleasant to sleep
The apartments is so beautiful and it has everything you need. The staff was so helpful. Everything Sotiris recommended was just awesome.
Easy access, great location and super hospitality. I love this suite and it is located so close to Monastiraki. We found our place to go for dinner and went there three times as it was so close to properly.
You did not fix the plug or the heating for the jacuzzi. It’s been 6 months since our last stay in the same room.
While at first the building seems pretty average, the suite was very welcoming, modern and comfortable for our family of 5. The area around the train station has great cafes and restaurants that come to life at night and provide a welcome relief after hours in touristy areas. The metro is the way to move around - fast and clean.

My wife and I sensed some odor in the bathroom and at the entrance to the bathroom. The laminate floor at the entrance to the bathroom was damaged, probably by the water overflow. It could be a problem and the source of the smell. It should be repaired.
Excellent place. it was very easy to communicate with the host to get the key and get a useful information about moving around in the city. Location excellent, close to the metro. All famous places are on walking distance.

The host gave us a detailed subway map, restaurant recommendations and WhatsApp number - for 24 hour assistance. 2 mins from subway. 2 mins from multiple restaurants and grocery. Loved it ! Rent the ground floor - it has a private hot tub outside. Roof top had an amazing view of the Acropolis- amazing at night !

The location was perfect for walking about, and the rooftop was the perfect place to end our day. Check in was great and appreciated the excellent service provided. Checkout was also seamless and transportation to the airport was also wonderful. We highly recommend this property.
From my point of view communication is the most valuable thing when travelling. I was contacted from the hotel before my arrival but unfortunately I had a challenge. When I tried to contact the staff in the evening, it was impossible to get. In touch which them. I never received an answer. This is very frustrating.
