Pros (+) The staff especially Nikoleta , Lisa and Priscilla they were great . They did everything to make us comfortable and happy. The hotel chefs also were kind and generous and made lovely pastries . We loved our stay so much that we would give it a 7 stars.
Cons (-) We think the housekeeping can be better and more professional.

Pros (+) We loved the hotel and the staff, specially Serena from desk manager , we wish that all staff was so welcoming and nice.

Pros (+) The very heart kind of places if you want to enjoy the London experience, as any other dorchester collection, they will never fail to make you feel you are one and only guest! Thanks to the all the staff from the door step to the room service!
