Fantastic location right in the centre of Faro but not noisy. Staff so very helpful. Beautiful rooftop terrace, pool and restaurant. We were a group of 4 ladies and we had a wonderful stay.
Very nice rooftop pool and bar, had lovely weather and this was a great place to chill for a few hours, breakfast was plentiful and the hot food selection was perfect
This is a beautifully designed hotel with exquisite interior design. The rooms are simple, yet beautifully designed, including the bathroom. A great colour palate creating a sense of space and light. The beds are also extremely comfortable. All the staff without exception were wonderful, from reception to housekeeping, including the breakfast staff (Paolo and all the other breakfast staff). Breakfast - although this is a five-star hotel, breakfast was a three-star, at very best. There’s simply too much to list but things like yoghurt that was far too runny, no low fat yoghurt available, oatmeal that was like a soup, oranges that aren’t sweet, Portugese Custard Tarts that were overly sweet, so on and so forth. Perfect Location ! The hotel is everything you want it to be! Beautiful, comfortabel and so clean!! I love to chill at the rooftop pool and get this ultimate feeling of vacation!
Everything! There is nothing not to like!! The lady at the concierge was very helpful in suggesting tours and assisting with booking my trip to the Rio Formosa reserve!
An exceptional hotel in the centre of Faro! Fantastic rooftop facilities with a pool and a sundeck on two levels, a rooftop restaurant and bar and a spa/wellness. Immaculate service and friendly staff.

Very stylish hotel, just 10 mins to the marina, excellent Breakfast, lovely and helpful staff Good spa area, small, but still had steam and sauna rooms
Chair on terrace was really uncomfortable to sit on so made the terrace un-useable Children in the spa - the staff had to tell them to behave

The shower flow was too weak.
Indoor spa pool very small. Also a parent and his 2 children took up a lot of room playing and messing about. Also the children when on their own turning on all the pool works ie massage jets at once . The pool attendant did nothing to stop them
