Great hotel, well designed and very comfortable rooms, staff were so friendly and helpful, easy walk or bike ride to all sites. Fun part of town, more quiet and outside craziness of city core. Breakfast delicious, lunch at Tiger Lilly was yummy, coffee and treats at Bar Nomad were lovely afternoon treat. Private garden on 2nd floor was a nice surprise. Would stay here again.
Housekeeping came twice during our week, which was no problem except first time they did not clean and only changed linens.
Everything was perfect! Our dog was happy, the staff is super friendly and the rooms and service are great!

We enjoyed the location of the hotel, that's situated by the water. Therefore, there is no traffic sounds. We also enjoyed the bed, very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was every extensive and with good quality. The lady working at the cafe was so friendly and made excellent coffee. Parking was also easy.
1. The shower door is a clear glass door. It was not a problem for us, but it might be a problem if you are sharing the room with a friend. 2. There are no hooks to hang the big towels. 3. We stayed for three evenings, there was no cleaning service, which was fine with us, but I thought it's good to mention here. 4. Loved the room, the bed was so comfortable and breakfast was lovely. The location is definitely great.
My room wasn’t cleaned the first night and the last day I didn’t even have shampoo in the shower, so the cleaning staff didn’t feel to care too much about the guests
The location is great, in such a beautiful area of the city, loved the style of the room and hotel in general. The bar upstairs is lovely, and the blonde lady behind the desk was so helpful and nice.
Some personal from the staff were a bit rude, the first day our room wasn’t cleaned at all, just the bed was made. Very nice hotel but I felt majority of the staff didn’t reach the quality of the hotel
